Members of the WasteBridge project team from the Institute of General and Physical Chemistry, Serbia, were awarded Certificates of Attendance for participating in the 5th International Scientific-Professional Conference “Food Industry By-Products”, held on 10–11 June 2026 in Osijek, Croatia.
The conference brought together researchers, industry representatives, and experts to discuss recent advances in the valorization of food industry by-products, circular bioeconomy, sustainable materials, and innovative environmental technologies. The event provided an excellent opportunity to exchange knowledge, present research activities, and strengthen international collaboration.
In addition to their participation in the conference, the researchers received certificates recognizing their contribution to the bioPHA-ComFPack project (Production and Development of Compostable Packaging from Waste Biomass for the Packaging of Industrially Processed Food Products), highlighting their active involvement in international research initiatives focused on sustainable and circular solutions.
The WasteBridge project recognizes the scientific achievements of its team members from the Institute of General and Physical Chemistry, whose work contributes to the improvement of sustainable biomass valorization, innovative bio-based solutions, and the circular economy.
